Setting Up Cross-Platform Sharing
To utilize this feature, iPhone and Mac users must adjust their AirDrop visibility to “Everyone for 10 Minutes”. Concurrently, Pixel 10 users need to modify their Quick Share settings to match this visibility mode. Once these configurations align, the devices seamlessly recognize each other as viable sharing targets.
Sending Files to Apple Devices
To send files from a Pixel 10 series phone to an Apple device, open Settings to locate Quick Share and set visibility to ‘Everyone for 10 Minutes’. On the Apple device, choose your desired files, select AirDrop, and pick the Pixel device. Once the connection is established, users just tap Accept on their Pixel to complete the transfer.
Receiving Files from Apple Devices
Apple users wanting to share files with Pixel 10 series owners need to open their Settings, navigate to AirDrop, and choose “Everyone for 10 Minutes”.
