Once you subscribe to Temp Mail, your subscription will be automatically renewed. You will also be charged the total cost of the subscription at the beginning of each billing period. To avoid your subscription's auto-renewal, you should cancel it during the subscription period to make sure you are not charged for the next billing cycle.
We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee policy on your initial payment unless you signed up for a free trial option. You can request a refund of your subscription cost by contacting us at: [email protected].
Please note that you are only eligible for a refund in case the initial payments were made no longer than 48 hours prior to the request. No refund is possible for recurring subscription payments if the subscription was canceled after your auto-renewal date unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Free Trial Option
If you opted for a free trial, you can easily cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period by following these steps:
- Visit Google Play;
- In the menu, click the “Subscriptions” tab;
- Choose the subscription you wish to cancel;
- Tap “Cancel subscription” at the very bottom.
Remember that the subscribers of the free trial are not eligible for a refund.
